Katheryn has been teasing us since last week about a new project she is currently filming, she gave away clues (He was on a major sitcom and Playing opposite one of the funniest actor alive.. Any guess?) and posted on set pictures but never actually announced the title of the project.

IndieWire is reporting that Katheryn joined the cast of “Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan” opposite Charlie Sheen, Jason Schwartzman and Aubrey Plaza.

While he’s been busy producing for family (Sofia Coppola‘s “Somewhere”), co-writing with friends (Wes Anderson‘s “Moonrise Kingdom”) and shooting second unit for both (Francis Ford Coppola‘s “Tetro” and Anderson’s “The Darjeeling Limited”), it’s high time Roman Coppola made a new film. His last effort, the deeply underrated “CQ” was ten years ago and so we’re very glad he’s casting up his latest effort, the indie pic, “Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan” (apparently no longer titled “A Glimpse Inside the Mind of Charlie Swan III,” unless Variety‘s being super terse).

It already could be a major cred comeback vehicle for its star Charlie Sheen, and the cast also includes cousin Jason Schwartzman and “Parks & Recreation” comedienne Aubrey Plaza.

Now one more actor has joined the fray, Katheryn Winnick, who so far has played a lot of major eye-candy roles. She’s played the bodacious female Jake Gyllenhaal lusted after in “Love and Other Drugs,” and played the same kind of smoking hotness in the 2009 Sophie Barthes-directed indie “Cold Souls.” She’s also done a lot of TV work including “Bones,” “Law & Order: Criminal Intent” and “Nikita.” But can she act?

Well, the same might have been said about model Angela Lindvall. She starred in “CQ” and put in decent, albeit, largely wordless, turn in the film as the enigmatic object of the lead’s affection (interesting enough, even though that was a promising start, she’s barely acted since). So maybe Coppola can do the same with Winnick and show off some chops instead of just showing off her beauty.

However, it sounds like a small role. ‘Charlie Swan’ stars Sheen as a successful graphic designer whose fame, money and charm have made him irresistible to women, but his life soon downward spirals into doubt, confusion and reflection when his girlfriend breaks up with him. Winnick will play said ex-gf. Plaza plays Marnie, a producer who works with Swan at his company, Swan Design. Composer Roger Neil (”Beginners,” “Tanner Hall”) wil

Like we updated before Katheryn will be a guest star in CW’s “Nikita” as Kelly. We have the first look because CW released the first production stills of the episode, we added them in our gallery, a preview of one of the stills can be found below. The rest can be found in our our gallery.

Nikita (Maggie Q) is stunned when she hears that her old Division partner Kelly (guest star Katheryn Winnick) escaped from a Turkish prison. Nikita thought Kelly died years ago and always felt responsible because it happened on the mission where Nikita escaped from Division. Knowing Amanda (Melinda Clarke) will go after Kelly, Nikita tells Michael (Shane West) they have to go to Turkey to help her. Amanda sends Alex (Lyndsy Fonseca) and Roan (guest star Rob Stewart) to Europe to stop the former partners from reuniting. Dermott Downs directed the episode written by Kristen Reidel.

The first promo was also released for the episode, it looks promising! We can not wait for the episode to air. Be sure to tune in next friday October 14th at CW. Big thanks to @SterlingDee for all the links.

We recently gave our gallery layout a make-over as well, so be sure to check it out if you haven’t.

We will be catching up with missing updates and more content to our site in the next few weeks because we are a little behind. So stay tuned for more updates, and be sure to follow our twitter account @admirekatheryn.

Katheryn recently wrapped up filming for her guest role as Kelly in the upcoming episode of “Nikita“. We added the set photos she posted @KatherynWinnick in our gallery, it looks promising! E! Online released more exclusive information on Katheryn’s character. Check out the article below.

We can tell you exclusively that Katheryn Winnick, whom Bones fans may or may not fondly remember as Booth’s (David Boreanaz) war correspondent girlfriend Hannah in season six, has been cast as Kelly, the partner Nikita left behind when she escaped Division.

Winnick will appear in the fourth episode, airing in October. In the episode we’ll learn what happened to Kelly after Nikita left and why our favorite female badass has decided to reunite with her. According to Craig Silverstein, Nikita’s showrunner, it may be because our spies are looking for something more important than revenge: a home.
